Introduction<\/strong> Thank you for shopping at Everlasting Roses. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gold-dipped roses. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we&#8217;re here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To initiate a return, please contact us at gift@everlastingroses.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Return Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the returned product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer&#8217;s policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please email us at gift@everlastingroses.com.au to arrange an exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Gifts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
